Responsibilities
- Participate in client engagement, ensuring that projects generate tangible business value
- Coordinate with EPAM Senior Leadership to co-develop + support strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
- Perform as a Principal Consultant leading complex transformational initiatives
- Own and actively contribute to setting industry compliance standards
- Support pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, responding to RFPs, and creating presentations
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the life sciences industry and the pharmaceutical product lifecycle from clinical research through commercialization
- Strong with business processes within life sciences sales, medical affairs, clinical operations, payor landscape, market access, and healthcare delivery
- Expertise in driving DCT programs while leveraging use cases of data such as IQVIA Xponent, LAAD, Veeva/CRM, PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, anonymized patient longitudinal data, ePRO, EDC, CTMS and IoMT
- Awareness of key data technology enablers that are transforming clinical research and customer engagements
- Extensive experience working with real-world data & stakeholder market research to support commercialization strategies
- Experience responding to RFPs and supporting presales opportunities
- Ability to capture, document & articulate large-scale data application requirements, including the assessment of data needs to achieve business objectives
- Knowledge of enterprise Master Data Management principles within life sciences
- Familiar with industry compliance standards as well as data sharing and privacy rules
- Comfortable working with agile methodologies, SQL, and Python
- Exposure to cloud technologies and artificial intelligence applications
