Job Description: We are currently hiring Apple At-Home Advisors for fully remote positions. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, chat, or email with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support for Apple products and services

- Use Apple’s support tools and resources to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Educate customers on product features, software updates, and Apple services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a positive and professional experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Passion for customer service and technology
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and processes
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Apple products, services, and operating systems (prior experience is not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
