A-Line Staffing looking to hire 20+ Customer Service Representatives to work for a brokerage and advisory firm based in San Diego. This opportunity is 100% Remote/Work from Home but you must live within 2 hours of San Diego location to report to office on first day for training and equipment pick-up. Customer Service Representative (Remote) Full-Time

CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB DUTIES:

  • Take inbound calls from employees of large corporations and assist them with enrollment into a healthcare or pension plan- NO SALES/SELLING REQUIRED!!
  • Spend your day either on the phone or aiding through webchat conversations and email.
  • Help members through the enrollment process and when making updates to their health care and/or pension plans.
  • Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements Customer Service Representative (Remote) Full-Time

CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS:

  • Must be flexible between 6a-8p PST (Shift is determined after training)
  • Busy season 40-hour week and overtime when requested
  • Off season 32 – 40 hours per week depending on client needs

CUSTOMER SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS:

  • REMOTE opportunity but MUST live within 2 hours of office

  • THIS IS NOT A SALES JOB! Will only be assisting customers over the phone with healthcare/pension plan enrollment.

  • Looking for English Speaking candidates or Bilingual in Spanish or French (Paid .75 Cents more if Bilingual, Fully Fluent in Spanish or French)
  • The compensation for this position is: $17.00 per hour, paid biweekly

CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
