Job Descriptions:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • 10 years of experience in Value Engineering, Strategy Consulting, or F500 Pre-Sales in cloud computing or technology.
  • Experience managing and influencing business executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI technology.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of value selling methodology and processes, opportunities, value chain, and value realization across cloud technology.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI products or competitor product landscape.
  • Understanding of cloud sales and services, and a passion for AI.
  • Ability to operate efficiently and effectively with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment.
  • Ability to work with customers to deliver true business value and financial business cases for AI products and platforms in their language.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

About the job

As an AI Lead, you will be responsible for developing and driving the value selling methodology for Google’s AI and Workspace products. You will collaborate with and influence global sales, and product teams on using these strategies to accelerate Google AI adoption. You will combine foundational AI understanding, enterprise selling experience, and the ability to translate products into near and long-term business impact for the customer.

In this role, you will increase AI and Workspace business and AI influenced strategic partnerships. We are looking for someone who can influence executive internal and external stakeholders, and someone who can articulate Google AI’s differentiators with credibility. As the AI landscape continues to evolve, you will need to artfully navigate change and ambiguity, test new ideas, and pivot when necessary.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

  • Shape Google’s AI and Workspace value strategy. Develop and iterate on an AI and Generative AI value selling methodology. Work cross-functionally to drive broad-based adoption of value selling assets, insights, and resources.
  • Collaborate with global sales, product, and customer stakeholders to craft compelling value propositions that demonstrate tangible and measurable impact of our technology.
  • Lead customer centric value pitches development, business cases and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, and scalable value templates. Leverage Google, customer, and third-party data, frameworks, models, and tools to justify and accelerate customers’ investment.
  • Work with cross-functional leaders to share best practices and learnings with the broader cloud sales organization.
