Your Role As a Virtual Receptionist
As a Virtual Receptionist, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support for various US companies. Your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and ensuring our clients’ customers feel valued and cared for. If you’re bilingual (Spanish), that’s a huge plus!
What We’re Looking For
To thrive as a Gabbyville Virtual Receptionist, you should have previous customer support experience and a quiet, dedicated home office setup. We want you to have all the tools you need, so a high-speed internet connection (25mbps download minimum) and noise-canceling headsets are a must.
