As a Planview Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing support to our Planview Enterprise One and LeanKit tools. You will aid in requirements gathering, provide support with our administrative functions, and support our end users with hyper care and training when needed.

**What you will achieve**

* Provide Planview configuration support: Create, modify and maintain systems fields, Configure system screens, Configuration testing

* Support Planview System Global Options: Performing periodic system maintenance activities,

* Planview User Management: Add, delete, and modify user IDs, Create and maintain primary grants, Maintain work portfolios

* Provide support for business reporting needs: Utilize Power BI to create reporting, Create and maintain report subscriptions

* Provide end user support: ServiceNow queue support, Training support as needed, Support Hypercare calls

**Essential Requirements**

* 5+ years of overall related experience with a Bachelors degree OR equivalent combination of experience and education; Experience to include:

* 1+ year of Planview Enterprise One experience (user or administrator)

* 1+ year of Power BI Desktop experience (user or developer)

* Solid, hands on, diagnostic/troubleshooting experience

* Experience working independently and multi-tasking successfully

* Excellent verbal/written communication, interaction and presentation skills and experience
