In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to product listings, catalog updates, and resolving various listing issues across Amazon marketplaces. This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

  • Implement the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of product listings on Amazon
  • Perform catalog and item maintenance tasks, including ensuring accuracy, optimizing content, managing categorization, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining compliance for a seamless customer experience on Amazon
  • Create and manage parent-child relationships for product variations, ensuring proper categorization and linkage between related products
  • Proactively managing Amazon cases and diligently following up with Amazon Seller Support when necessary to ensure timely resolution of catalog-related issues
  • Fix phantom parentage issues to ensure accurate and independent listings
  • Fix broken listings, resolving issues with variations, and addressing suppressed listings
  • Resolve title and bullet point display issues on product detail pages for accurate and consistent product inf
  • Manage category changes to ensure accurate classification and adherence to Amazon’s category guidelines.
  • Regularly review and update product listings to reflect changes in inventory, pricing, or product specifications
  • Collaborate with marketing team to set up and manage deals, promotions, and coupons
  • Keeping up with industry trends, changes in search algorithms, and emerging catalog management techniques

About You

Core qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of significant experience in Amazon catalog management
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon’s platform, policies, guidelines, and best practices related to catalog management
  • Proficiency in utilizing Amazon’s flat file system for bulk updates and modifications to product listings, ensuring efficient and accurate catalog management
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in product information across multiple listings
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Monday.com is highly desirable
  • Amenable to work 10 AM – 2 PM UK Time
