Amazon Customer Support Representative

Job Description
• Engaging with customers on multiple platforms to troubleshoot issues and find the right products
• Providing world-class experiences for customers by exceeding their expectations
• Building macros/automation for the most common tickets
• Attending meetings and presentations to share ideas and identify gaps and industry trends
• Managing and responding to customer reviews within SLA Amazon Customer Support Representative

Requirements
• 3+ years of proven experience working as a CSR agent with both chat and phone
• At least a year of Amazon experience is required
• Strong English communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
• Tech-savvy and easy-to-learn new platforms
• Being empathetic to the needs of the customers
• Able to understand the customers without being irate
• Giving a positive resolution to the customer, understanding their problem, figuring out a positive solution for them, and being happy at the end of the day
• Shift and schedule: 9 am – 5 pm Eastern Standard Time business hours Amazon Customer Support Representative
