The Corporate Recruiter (Bilingual) will partner closely with the Canadian Talent Acquisition (TA) team, business partners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that we source, engage, and hire top quality diverse talents through full-cycle recruitment activities. Your internal title will be Talent Acquisition Advisor (Bilingual).

Formula for Success: You Will…

Partner with Hiring Managers, internal TA team members, and other internal stakeholders to:

  • Initiate the hiring process in accordance with company procedures.
  • Understand the specific needs of each open role and corresponding business, and then leverage knowledge of the local competitive landscape and talent pool to develop a specific and creative TA strategy for each role, balancing quality, diversity considerations, and speed of the overall TA process; strategies should also consider non-traditional methods of sourcing and reaching underrepresented talent.
  • Create job postings based on job descriptions provided that are concise, engaging and inclusive, lending themselves to the attraction of top talent in today’s fast-paced, highly-competitive job market.
  • Post roles on relevant external job boards, including those targeting underrepresented talent, and when applicable at post-secondary educations with whom we partner.
  • Attend hiring events as requested or deemed necessary to fill roles, enhance our brand recognition and help build a diverse pipeline of talent.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for relevant skills, knowledge, and qualifications using best practices to ensure a diverse candidate slate is presented to the hiring team, and schedule and participate in interviews as requested.
  • Through proactive, timely and professional communication, ensure that the hiring team is well-prepared and informed at every stage of the talent acquisition process, and that candidates are engaged and provided feedback in a timely manner. This will ensure an excellent experience for all stakeholders throughout the entire TA process.
  • Oversee the offer generation, acceptance, and onboarding processes, including background checks, to ensure accuracy and a smooth and timely process for all stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed all Talent Acquisition KPIs, including among others, time-to-hire, submit-to-interview, and interview-to-offer ratios, as well as candidate and hiring manager satisfaction targets.
  • Ensure equitable and inclusive practices are at the forefront of all steps in the TA process.
