Our DTC team is searching for a Director of Digital Product to enhance the digital customer experience and continue to drive business growth. As our Director of Digital Product, you’ll uphold a seamless and intuitive digital journey aligned with ecommerce trends and customer data. You’ll maintain Billie’s brand ethos and high standards across all digital touchpoints, while ensuring system safety and security.

We’re looking for someone who can analyze business opportunities, present data-backed proposals that highlight impact, and drive forward change while collaborating with various stakeholders.   • Partner with our DTC leadership team to ideate and lead execution of our digital product strategy and vision, driving innovation and optimization across all digital touchpoints to enhance the consumer experience
  • Transform data into actionable insights, framing all tasks with a customer-centric approach while maintaining unwavering focus on achieving business objectives
  • Prioritize the biggest opportunities – considering effort and impact – and brutally organize a solid, ambitious roadmap.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact solutions on time that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders, emphasizing empathy and shared objectives in our partnerships, while skillfully involving them in decision-making processes and inspiring teams with compelling narratives
  • Approach new feature development with a test-and-learn mentality, focused on delivering value to customers and iterating based on results
  • Maintain strong relationships with critical third parties vital to our business and website, while also demonstrating the capability to push and negotiate with each to ensure our needs are met
  • Communicate effectively and with influence across all levels in both remote & in-person settings

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of digital product experience (DTC preferred)
  • Expert level project management skill set with scrum tendencies that are second nature
  • A proven strategic thinker, you think macro and micro and are always looking around the corner for impact
  • A passion for getting things done with a mindset of teamwork and running through walls to deliver results
  • An effective communicator; you know your audience, and you bring clarity and organization to every conversation you have
  • Proficient in daily collaboration with engineers and can engage in technical discussions. Possess foundational understanding of data structures, experiment design, and utilizing self-service analytics tools for decision-making (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker)
  • You are interested in new technologies and think outside the box to improve team efficiency and velocity

The salary range for this position is $150,000 – $170,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
