Export Customer Service T1-I

In an international context, leveraging our network capacity, dealing with increasing local regulations complexity and product diversification and with the upmost importance of strong governance, the role of the Export Customer Service Officer is critical to allow smooth cross-borders operational flows of orders.

Within the Value Chain Operations function, the purpose of this job is to apply the overall standardized export processes for Pet food between the exporting hub and the receiving Royal Canin units in order to ensure product availability throughout all Royal Canin units worldwide with excellent customer service.

What are we looking for?

Minimum:

2-years Diploma or Bchelor’s Degree in international Trade or Supply Chain Management or related field
Familiar with IT tools (ERP, WMS, Pack Office…)
3-5 years in Export customer service, Supply Chain experience or equivalent from a major interface between supply functions and importing parties.

Preferred:

APICS (Basics) certification
Fluent in English, Bilingual in Spanish

What will be your key responsibilities?

Order Processing: Efficient process export orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade
Customer Communication: Interact with international customers to provide order status updates, resolve inquiries, and address any issues related to shipments
Document Management: Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices and certificates of origin to facilitate smooth customs clearance
Compliance Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with export regulations, sanctions, and trade policies, and ensure that all shipments adhere to legal requirements
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and troubleshoot any logistical or shipping issues that may arise during the export process, collaborating with various teams to find solutions
