Job Summary:

The remote customer support representative is in charge of giving Netflix users outstanding customer service. The Representative will be in charge of answering client questions, addressing client problems, and offering general client support. Additionally, the Representative will be in charge of keeping track of client information and reporting management on customer service trends. Remote Customer Service Representative -Work From Home

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general customer support and troubleshooting.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management; and assist with other customer service-related tasks.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Previous experience providing customer service;
  • The capacity to work both alone and collaboratively;
  • The capacity to multitask and prioritize activities;
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent;
  • Microsoft Office Suite competency;
  • Familiarity with databases and customer service software
