What You’ll Be Doing

  • Joining Rewatch as founding Account Executive with the opportunity to make an outsized impact on customers and the broader company as early sales hires.
  • Prospecting, developing and signing new customers to our Rewatch platform through inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Drive sales revenue with new and existing customers.
  • Leading the full sales cycle from start to close.
  • Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across industries.
  • Educate and collaborate with customers to ensure they realize maximum value with Rewatch.
  • Conduct needs assessments, deliver persuasive product presentations, and provide tailored recommendations to clients based on their unique requirements.
  • Systematically collect and share product feedback with Rewatch colleagues cross-functionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, and provide insights and feedback to internal teams.
  • Test and refine new sales processes as our team and GTM function matures.
  • Accurately forecast your pipeline against sales targets.
  • This role will report to the VP of Sales.

Qualities We Value

  • 3+ years of sales closing experience (SaaS preferred) with a track record of overachieving against quota.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Experience selling to central buying/Ops/HR/IT teams and managing partners in Procurement, Security, and Legal.
  • Inventive and creative problem solvers who can develop a deep understanding of customer needs and an understanding of how Rewatch – plugs into the bigger picture for them.
  • You take a growth approach and seek out opportunities to constantly learn and grow.
  • You have experience using a CRM and have shown the ability to manage your pipeline.
  • You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and are willing to contribute to building or refining processes that may not be in – place today.
  • You care about and are motivated by the opportunity to advance Rewatch’s Mission and Impact, and are energized by the prospect of building a high-growth company.
  • Experience with tools like SFDC, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Docusign, etc. is a plus.

$170,000 – $230,000 a year

This is the estimated annual OTE (Base salary + Commission). This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Rewatch’s applicable plans
