As a core member of the HR Service team, you play an important role in the current HR Transformation Project. You will learn about the future landscape, applications and integrations linked to our Workday implementation. You will participate in the Workday process design sessions as well as testing of payroll, time and benefits configurations, and related integrations. Once the system is live, you will deliver service assistance to the HR community and other stakeholders. You will process complex and escalated HR requests related to multiple services.  Workday Payroll and Benefits Support Specialist In this role, you will partner with colleagues from different groups to effectively improve and maintain the human capital, payroll and time management system. This role will include business process support, reporting development, end user training, and data management. The incumbent will act as the system administrator accompanying users with self-service features and implementation of corrective and support actions.

Your responsibilities

  • Assists with implementation of key strategies and projects while supporting and optimizing the design, development and performance of key HR business data systems and processes Workday Payroll and Benefits Support Specialist
  • Works with Information Systems team to evaluate Workday releases, recommend process or system optimization and ensure system compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analyses large HR data loads to ensure accurate data transfer Workday Payroll and Benefits Support Specialist
  • Provides training and assistance utilizing Workday Community and other supported applications as well as guidance on Workday process best practices to the HR Service Operations team
  • Collaborates with Information Systems partners to implement business process upgrades and system enhancements, leads testing and data validations, maintains data integrity, and ensures that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives
  • Plans and develops use-case test plans for payroll, benefits, and employee life cycle system changes
  • Prepares and edits reports and user-friendly dashboards
  • Resolves customer inquiries in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators, while also providing exceptional customer service Workday Payroll and Benefits Support Specialist
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Your background

  • 3 years of relevant Workday work experience
  • Experience in Workday Payroll processes and related HCM core areas, ability to run Workday Payroll is a must
  • Understanding of Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), integrations, and calculated fields as well as a being proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Team player and passion for working with people and systems, and a strong interest in helping customers succeed Workday Payroll and Benefits Support Specialist
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain personal and confidential information
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously and optimally in a matrix organization
